Feeding the Homeless

On wednesday Angela and I desided to go to Down Town to feed the homeless. So we drove around for about an hour giving every homeless person food (the ones who would accept food), I gave them cookies and Angela gave them cupcakes. After we felt really good because we knew that those homeless people who kindly accepeted our gifts had something special for their thanksgiving.

Feeding the Homeless #2

My third way to pay it forward was to give food to the homeless. Me and two of my cousins had made around 15 sandwiches for the homeless. I went to downtown and we drove around for about 10 minutes to try to find anyone who needed some food. Luckily we found a corporation called the "Alpha Project" that feeds the homeless. So rather than driving around giving random homeless people sandwiches, we gave all the sandwiches to the "Alpha Project" so they could give the homeless the sandwiches themselves.

My second way I decided to pay it forward was to pick up trash at the beach. When I was at the beach there didn't to be much trash but after walking for a little while I was able to fill up a trash bag. I found half empty beer cans and one piece of trash that was quite interesting was a fake fish used on fishing hooks. But there weren't so many of the typical trash you see lying around, there also had been crayons from little kids and there was a yellow plastic shovel that parts broken off. though I may not have made the biggest difference, it did feel good that i at least saved one fish from dying.
